INTRODUCTION

The RB 2000
was originally designed for use on the Jabiru series engines. Rated
at 120hp for use on direct drive engines it was also successfully
tested and currently flown on a Titan Tornado fitted with a Rotax
912, and a Jabiru fitted with the Jabiru 3300 engine. Recent testing
was carried out on a Lancair 235 fitted with a Lycoming 0-235
engine.
From satisfactory test results obtained it was decided to carry out
further testing on a Lycoming 0-320. Feathering position is
incorporated for use on powered gliders or twin engined
installations. The blades are either wood with carbon fibre covering
or standard ground adjustable blades, i.e. warpdrive, powerfin or
sport prop.
