Manufactured from 1963 to 1967. Similar to the earlier IA type 042 this model is fitted with a Reomar 45mm f/2.8 lens in a Prontor 250S or 300S shutter. It also has a hot-shoe for flash. The script "Retinette 1A" is replaced with "RETINETTE 1A" on the front of the top plate
