Kodak Retina Reflex S (type 034)

Manufactured from 1959 to 1960. This model shared the "S" type lenses with the IIIS type rangefinder cameras. With this type of lens the whole lens was interchangeable.

The camera was available with Heligon or Xenon f/1.9 lenses or the Retina-Xenar or Rodenstock Ysarex f/2.8 lenses. A good selection of alternative lenses were available from 28mm to 135mm. The meter was a single range coupled type as on the IIIS.

This one has the Xenar f/1.9 lens.

I haven't noticed many variations of this model but of the three examples I've got here at the moment two had an engraved direction arrow next to the rewind knob and the one that was manufactured some time in between them did not!
