            11:00 Still a few rays reasonably high. Cloud at zenith which slowly overtook the whole sky.

Jul 11 11:20 Low arc SE to SW to 15 elev, IBC 2. confirmed with spectroscope.
                (S45.8 E169.3) - Edievale, West Otago, New Zealand
            13:03 Arc which appeared to brighten and fade a little on occasion but otherwise remained fairly stable over two hours.
                (S45.7 E168.5) - Lumsden, New Zealand
            14:45 to 15:00 Clear sky, No aurora.
                (S45.8 E169.3) - Edievale, West Otago, New Zealand

Jul 15 approx. 10:00 White glow and a little green movement through light cloud in S.
                (S46.4 E169.8) - Otekura, South Otago, New Zealand

Jul 16 09:50 Green-yellow glow az 180 to 275.
            10:45 to 11:15 Very strong activity over this period. Green-yellow rayed arc with pulsation. Rapid change of forms. IBC 2.
                (S45.1 E171.0) - Oamaru, North Otago, New Zealand
            11:15 Red and yellow rays, yellow bands and patches, all W of S, with rays reaching zenith.
            11:20 These forms now all E of S.
            11:30 Only a faint glow in S.
