Jul 13 approx. 10:00 Wide green band SE to S.
            13:45 Very bright white band between clouds in S.
                (S46.4 E169.8) - Otekura, South Otago, New Zealand

Jul 15 19:00 Green rayed band and corona forming quickly only to be replaced by other forms. Bright enough to blot out faint stars.
                (S77.9 E166.8) - Scott Base, Antarctica

Jul 16 19:30 Barely visible white rays and rayed band E and S.

Jul 18 16:10 Green rayed band bright enough to blot out faintest stars.

Jul 20 00:20 Display started as one or two bright bands low on grid west horizon. The bands gradually moved up towards the zenith and became more convoluted.
            00:53 Coronal display. The bands then slowly tapered off and faded.

            approx. 10:00 Green band S seen through light cloud.
            approx. 13:00 Two bands one above the other seen low in S with red slow moving rays.

Jul 23 19:55 Green rayed band bright enough to blotout the faintest stars from S to NE.
                (S77.9 E166.8) - Scott Base, Antarctica

Jul 24 01:45 Started as a few bands low on grid west horizon and rapidly moved overhead and brightened dramatically with a peak in intensity and coronal display at 01:55. After this, multiple convoluted bands remained overhead and slowly faded away.

            07:55 Green and blue rays pulsating every 10 to 100 seconds bright enough to blot out all but the brightest stars.
            08:00 Green glow bright enough to blot out the faintest stars.

                White glow to 8.
            09:00 Glow had diminished somewhat.
                (S45.1 E171.0) - Oamaru, North Otago, New Zealand
            16:10 Green band in NW between clouds. Cloudy elsewhere.

Jul 25 02:17 Single twisted green arc going from grid NW to grid SE.

            approx 10:00 Green and white bands S to SW with a few, mostly red, rays. Seen between hill and clouds.

Jul 26 02:17 Single twisted green arc from grid NW to grid SE.

            07:30 to 09:00 White glow to 7 elev.
