Apr 14 07:28 Glow in S.
            07:40 Glow became a green arc, 6 elev.
            07:55 Aurora completely gone. Sky completely clear.
                (S45.1 E171.0) - Oamaru, North Otago, New Zealand
            NTR Possibly a few green and white rays shot up in the S. Did not last long.
                (S46.4 E169.8) - Otekura, South Otago, New Zealand

Apr 16 09:35 Glow through thin cloud, E to SSE to 20 elev. Some thick cloud patches dark against glow. Thick cloud SSE to NW. Light rain.
                (S45.7 E168.9) - Waikaia, northern Southland, New Zealand

Apr 17 07:50 to 08:20 Glow in S 50 wide slightly brighter than Milky Way with a few rays to 20 which appeared for perhaps 10 s at a time.

            08:10 Glow along southern horizon.
                (S41.1 E175.6) - Carterton, New Zealand
            10:00 approx Mostly white glow and green movement through thin cloud. High but not right to the zenith.
                (S46.4 E169.8) - Otekura, South Otago, New Zealand
            13:00 After electrical storm cleared, southern sky was very light compared to earlier in the night and clouds strongly silhouetted.
                (S41.1 E175.6) - Carterton, New Zealand
            14:30 Deep pink glow higher up than at 10:00.

Apr 19 NTR Wide band of green, pink and white in SE and S.

            11:20 to 11:35 Pale blue-green glow in cloud gap between horizon and 2 elev, SW through S to at least SSE. IBC 2 but brightness noticeably variable over several minutes. Clear sky dark at elev 10. Ceased observing.
                (S46.4 E168.3) - Otatara, Invercargill, New Zealand
            11:40 to 14:10 Diffuse glow in S to 13 elev. Later a greenish glow was visible in lower part to 8 elev: probably an arc.
                (S46.1 E168.9) - Gore, Southland, New Zealand

Apr 20 09:40 to 09:45 Glow SSE through S to SW to 3 elev. IBC 1 most of the time. Parts brightened to IBC 2 for a minute or two. Ceased observing.
                (S46.4 E168.3) - Otatara, Invercargill, New Zealand
            12:45 Greenish glow IBC 2 SE to SW to 20 elev. Confirmed with spectroscope. Brightest on horizon. No activity.
            14:45 Glow still there. IBC 2 on horizon. No activity.
            15:00 Similar.
            16:44 Long steady glow SE to SW.
